Compliance with the informational obligation under Article 13 GDPR
To ensure the security of your personal data and its
accurate and transparent processing in accordance with the law, we inform you
about how we process your data and what rights you are entitled to.

3. Where do we obtain your data, and why do we ask for
it?
All data we hold (including data stored in cookies) have
been voluntarily provided by you when creating an account, making purchases,
contacting us via the contact form, inquiring about product availability, or
subscribing to our newsletter.
The data you provide, such as your first name, last name,
address, phone number, and email address, are necessary for us to enter into
and properly execute the contract with you.
4. What is the purpose of processing your personal
data?
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
a. Necessary for the performance of a contract (Article
6(1)(b) GDPR), including:

5. Who do we share your data with?
Your data is secure with us; however, to fulfill the
contract, we need to use the support of other entities, such as payment service
providers and delivery companies, with which we have relevant agreements. We
may also share your data with investigative authorities, but only upon request
from the prosecutor's office for the purposes of an ongoing investigation, etc.
6. What rights do you have in relation to the
processing of your personal data?
Withdrawal of Consent:
You always have the right to withdraw your consent for the
processing of personal data, but the withdrawal of consent will not affect the
processing that occurred prior to its withdrawal. This may also make it
impossible to continue using services or significantly hinder them. Consent
withdrawal can be done via rodo@master-sport.de.
Data Correction:
You can correct your data if it is incorrect or incomplete.
You can do this through the "Edit Data/Customer Account" function or
via rodo@master-sport.de.
Objection:
You have the right to object to the processing of your
personal data based on our legitimate interest. The objection will be
considered valid if it is substantiated, and we do not have other legal grounds
to process your data.
Deletion of Data ("Right to be Forgotten"):
You have the right to request the deletion of all or some of
your data. However, we may refuse to delete data to the extent necessary to
assert or defend claims, as well as to comply with legal obligations,
especially tax and accounting regulations.
Restriction of Processing:
You can request temporary suspension of processing of some
of your data if you do not wish to delete your account or if the data is
incorrect until it is corrected. This can be done via rodo@master-sport.de.
Access to Data:
You always have the right to obtain access to your personal
data, request copies of it, and receive information, including the purposes of
processing and the planned retention period.
Data Portability:
You can request us to transfer your data to other entities
by specifying which part (or all) of your data should be transferred. Data
portability may not be possible if processing is not automated.
Complaints:
You also have the right to file a complaint regarding the
processing of your data with the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection
(after May 25, 2018, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
7. How long do we retain your data?
Your data is stored for the entire period of having an
account in the online store and for the duration of the contract, even after
its termination, for the purposes of pursuing and defending claims, fulfilling
legal obligations, especially tax and accounting, statistical, and archival
purposes for 15 years.
If processing is based on consent, it will last until you withdraw it.
8. Do we transfer data outside the European Economic
Area?
Yes, data is transferred outside the European Economic Area,
but only after ensuring appropriate legal safeguards.
